Job Title: Senior Security Analyst | Digital Forensics & eDiscovery Lead complex digital forensic investigations and advanced data analysis within a sensitive Australian Government environment. This senior role involves using specialist eDiscovery technologies, including Nuix and Elasticsearch or equivalent tools, to analyse electronic evidence, support investigations and improve investigative workflows and processes.

Contract Duration: ASAP start through to 30 September 2027
Security Clearance Requirement: Current TSPV clearance

Essential Tasks:
- Lead and coordinate digital forensic and incident response investigations, using eDiscovery applications to analyse electronic evidence and produce investigative findings.
- Manage large evidentiary datasets, including ingestion, indexing, searching and maintaining data integrity.
- Apply advanced data analysis techniques using Nuix, Elasticsearch or equivalent technologies to support complex investigations.
- Manage investigative workflows, conduct quality assurance reviews and identify opportunities to improve processes through new methodologies, technologies and automation.
Key Criteria
- Strong experience in digital forensics, advanced data analysis and supporting complex investigations.
- Demonstrated expertise using forensic eDiscovery applications, including Nuix, Elasticsearch or equivalent tools.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive evidentiary data, maintain data integrity and comply with relevant legislation and operational procedures.
- Experience managing workflows, improving business processes and assuring the quality of others’ work. ICT certifications or a Certificate IV in Government Investigations are desirable.
