Essential Tasks
- Coordinate governance frameworks, processes, artefacts and reporting requirements.
- Support governance forums, working groups and meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and reports.
- Maintain action, decision and risk registers, program records and supporting governance tools.
- Coordinate executive priorities, correspondence, program communications and stakeholder activities.
Key Criteria
- Experience working with government capability governance frameworks, policies and program management practices.
- Strong organisational skills across correspondence, records, action tracking and program documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build productive internal and external relationships.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes effectively in an agile team environment.
