Compare Club in Sydney is hiring a People Operations Coordinator for a permanent part-time role (25 hours per week) based in our Darling Park office.
You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, manage HR systems and WHS processes, and be the local go‑to person in NSW backed by a national People & Culture team.
You’ll handle onboarding, contract variations, offboarding, and records accuracy, act as visa contact, and assist with WHS and staff events.
