Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation is seeking a Manager External Financial Adviser (Flexible location) to lead the EFA service and operations, ensuring scalable adviser support across CSC. You will oversee the internal DB EFA team and the DC EFA contact centre delivered via Apex, representing adviser needs and prioritising improvements.
You will act as the operational voice for EFA, owning adviser-facing platforms (Salesforce and content) and driving outcomes across service channels.
