  • Coordinating meetings, leadership forums, events, offsites, conferences and team activities
  • Preparing and distributing agendas, meeting papers, presentations, pre-reading materials, minutes and action items
  • Reviewing meeting materials to identify matters requiring executive attention, decisions or follow-up
  • Tracking actions and following up with owners to support timely completion
  • Attending selected leadership meetings and events as required
  • Coordinating travel, appointments and associated arrangements
  • Establishing strong and trusted working relationships with business partners, Executive Assistants and stakeholders across the organisation
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Assisting with reporting, budget coordination and other operational activities
  • Providing broader administrative support to the leadership team when required.

Weโ€™re Interested In Hearing From People Who Have

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding support
  • The confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a broader Executive Assistant and leadership community.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of a dynamic leadership team, contribute to meaningful priorities and help two senior executives and their teams perform at their best.
