Commercial and Residential Plumbers is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Plumber / Leading Hand to join our growing team.
We're a well-established Perth plumbing and gas business specialising in commercial and residential projects. Our office is based in Wangara, with projects right across the Perth metro area.
We're looking for someone who knows their trade, can lead a crew and wants to be part of a solid team.

$50–$70 per hour – Competitive rates based on skills and experience
$5,000 sign-on bonus – eligibility and payment conditions apply.

What We're Looking For
Completed apprenticeship in plumbing or equivalent qualifications and has experience as a qualified plumber
Previous experience as a senior plumber / leading hand (highly regarded)
Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to various job sites within the Perth metro area
Strong commercial and residential plumbing experience
Experience leading jobs, supervising tradespeople or mentoring apprentices
Quality workmanship and strong problem-solving skills
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
A positive attitude and someone who works well with the crew
Full Australian working rights
The Role
As our Senior Plumber / Leading Hand, you'll be hands-on while helping lead the team and keep projects running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading and coordinating plumbing works across commercial and residential projects.
Completing quality installations, repairs and plumbing works.
Supporting and mentoring apprentices and other tradespeople.
Organising materials, coordinating jobs and maintaining site standards.
Working with builders, clients and other trades to deliver quality results.
