As a leader, you will guide a team with diverse experience, a collaborative spirit, and an unwavering commitment to putting customers at the centre of everything we do.
You will have sound knowledge and understanding of risk, supported by the parameters of the banks risk appetite.
The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $30m–$150m, or with $10m–$50m in commercial lending requirements.
You will deliver on a range of needs, including transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance and risk management.

- Develop an in‑depth understanding of complex client needs, including risk and compliance.
- Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.
