Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm smile
- Handle phone and email bookings
- Process payments and check-ins/outs
- Share local tips about Horsham and the region
- Keep reception neat and guest-ready
Skill & Experience
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- A good communicator who enjoys teamwork
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Experience in RMS or hotel reservation management system preferred
- Flexible with weekend availability
- Experience in hospitality is great, but we're happy to train the right person!
