We are seeking a motivated Junior Contracts Administrator to join our growing construction team.

About the Role
Working alongside our Project Managers, you will assist with contract administration, procurement, budgets and project documentation across multiple construction projects.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with commercial construction experience looking to further develop their career.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer subcontractor packages and agreements.
- Coordinate tenders, quotations and procurement.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditure and cash flow.
- Process progress claims, invoices and contract variations.
- Assist with project scheduling, cost reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare purchase orders, bills of quantities and material orders.
- Coordinate development applications and building approvals.
- Maintain project documentation and contract records.
- Support Project Managers across multiple projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial construction or contract administration.
- Exposure to commercial, industrial, mixed-use or similar construction projects (advantageous).
- Understanding of construction contracts, procurement and project budgets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Full Australian working rights.
Qualifications in Construction Management, Building or Quantity Surveying will be highly regarded.
