Mettle in Sydney is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team. You will manage the commercial and contractual sides of projects, working with the Project Manager and site team to keep the job financially sound and on budget.
You will be responsible for negotiating subcontractor agreements, processing payment claims and variations, monitoring cashflow, and ensuring compliance with insurance, licensing and statutory requirements.
