- Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Develop and evaluate the educational program in line with the EYLF
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
- Support children's learning, wellbeing, inclusion and development
- Work collaboratively with educators to create a high-quality learning environment
- Contribute to reflective practice and continuous quality improvement
About you:
- A Degree in Early Childhood Education with NESA registration
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and the National Quality Framework
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication, collaboration and reflective practice skills
- A commitment to child safety, inclusion and positive outcomes for every child
