CollinsStreet Dental is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to join our friendly team. You will enjoy liaising with people and coordinating the daily reception functions, ensuring a seamless process for our patients. Collaborating closely with our clinical team, the successful candidates will perform all aspects of patient management. You will also be integral to the sterilisation of instruments, infection control, and general hygiene of the practice.
About the roles:
- Instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Assisting with patient management; building relationships with all patients
- Answer phone enquiries and appointment booking
- Accounts and administration; taking payments using EFTPOS and HiCaps
About you:
- 1+ years' experience working within the dental industry preferred but not essential
- Knowledge using Carestack Software is highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Energetic and proactive attitude to work in a fast-paced environment
- A caring and friendly personality that will motivate those around you
