Key responsibilities
- Upholds performance standards and leads by example
- Shows consideration to all guests whilst being mindful of their individual circumstances and requirements
- Acknowledges guests by name
- Commits to setting and achieving the highest levels of guest satisfaction
- Upholds the highest ethical and professional standards
- Presents facilities in the best way possible at all times, committing to the highest standards of personal presentation
- Observes outlet rules and security requirements
- Monitors equipment and machinery
- Ensures key service standards in the outlet are adhered to
- Manages team member breaks in accordance with the applicable award
- Manage day to day reservations
- Assist in projects as required by the F&B Manager
About you
- Attends on-the-job, vocational and behavioural training regularly to enhance skills
- Attends and learns food and beverage operation via on-the-job training
- Attends food and beverage product knowledge training regularly
