To assist in maintaining the highest standard of quality in food preparation and hygiene in his/her area, as per company standards, in order to achieve the maximum level of guest satisfaction and organisational profitability in an atmosphere of high team member morale.
Key responsibilities
Prepares all mis-en-place in production sections for smooth kitchen operation
Prepares food orders with accuracy for prompt delivery
Controls food wastage without compromising on food quality
Ensures hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area at all times
Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all the equipment under his/her control
Assists Senior Chefs with ordering, stock rotation and deliveries
Ensures health & safety, hygiene and sanitation standards are adhered to and met as per company standards
Complies with company break management policy
Responsible for maintaining tableware supply to operations
Any other duties asked by my Supervisor
