Key responsibilities
- Prepares all mis-en-place in production sections for smooth kitchen operation
- Prepares food orders with accuracy for prompt delivery
- Controls food wastage without compromising on food quality
- Ensures hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area at all times
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all the equipment under his/her control
- Assists Senior Chefs with ordering, stock rotation and deliveries
- Ensures health & safety, hygiene and sanitation standards are adhered to and met as per company standards
- Complies with company break management policy
- Attends on-the-job, vocational and behavioural training regularly to enhance skills in own and related areas and to develop multifunctionality
