Scope of work
- Actively pursuing new appointments to act for organisations especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses.
- Contributingtowards the production of proposals, pitchesand project promotional material.
- Maintaining and building client relationships.
- Assistin ensuring the client database information is of the highest integrity. This includes data entry of all listings, contactand transactional information.
Qualifications
- Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Acommercial leasing backgroundin office, medical or retail assets is preferred
- Strong client-orientated approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent negotiation skills and thorough understanding of industry legislation/current market trends
- Confident presentation and communications skills.
- Proactive team player witha high levelof enthusiasm.
