Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and grow the Ballarat Commercial Property Portfolio
- Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
- Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
- Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants
Qualifications
- Ideal Candidate: Positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs
- Authentic personality with a \"can-do\" approach
- Qualifications: Real Estate License or Victorian Agent\'s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
