Collier & Miller is looking for a motivated and capable Warehouse Forklift Driver to join its busy Logistics team.
This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with our Logistics and Sales teams to receive, move, organise and store goods across our warehouses.

What You'll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Moving and organising stock across designated warehouse and storage areas
- Working with colleagues, freight companies and customers to coordinate the movement of goods
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider team as required to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, capable and takes pride in doing the job properly.
You'll ideally bring:
- A strong work ethic and commitment to quality work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good English reading and writing skills and basic mathematical skills
- A practical, safety-focused approach to your work
- Previous warehouse, logistics or similar experience will be viewed favourably.
You'll also need to:
- Hold a current NSW forklift licence
- Hold a current Class C driver licence
- Be physically fit and able to safely lift and handle heavy items
- Be available to work Saturdays and overtime when required
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug and alcohol test
