About Our Team
The TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It also serves as a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors, promoting content exclusivity.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning and design of TikTok LIVE products, focusing on interactive features, content ecosystem, and user experience optimization.
- Stay up to date with global content trends and user behaviour differences, assisting the team in analysing user needs and supporting product strategy.
- Support the development and refinement of data monitoring systems, and take part in user research, A/B testing, and behavioural data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or above in any major, with a strong interest in live streaming, content platforms, or internet products.
- Familiarity with mainstream content platforms.
- Strong logical thinking and product sensitivity, with a passion for observing user behaviour and turning insights into product ideas.
- Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in English for working in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a content creator on social or video platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in data analysis is preferred.
