Responsibilities
- Manage communication channels, triage inboxes and draft professional correspondence for timely responses
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, facilitate minutes and follow up on action items
- Maintain participant files, risk assessments and behaviour support documentation to ensure audit-readiness
- Review, quality-check and submit incident reports; escape reportable incidents to the NDIS Commission
- Support SIL participant administration, DCJ monthly reporting and panel meeting preparation
- Oversee office systems, compliance registers and documentation across the organisation
Requirements
- Experience in NDIS, SIL, disability or community services
- Strong understanding of NDIS Commission requirements, including incident management and reportable incidents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage confidential information
- Confident engaging with multiple stakeholders (participants, families, coordinators, clinicians)
