Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Lead strategic sourcing, risk mitigation, and vendor management across the comprehensive E2E services footprint, acting as the subject matter expert for the warehousing and logistics category.
- Network Efficiency & Logistics: Drive efficiency and resilience in the logistics network, overseeing Freight, Warehousing, and Co-packing to ensure seamless market delivery.
- Cross-Functional & Regional Impact: Participate in cross-functional task forces, regional project optimization, and division-led sourcing initiatives to influence broader procurement categories and business simplification strategies.
- KPIs & Governance: Accountable for Services Procurement KPIs, ensuring full compliance with spending thresholds, mandates, and SOX requirements.
- Stakeholder & Supplier Relationships: Build robust internal and external strategic business relationships, driving supplier innovation, continuous improvement, and effective change management.
Required Education, Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management, with a deep understanding of warehousing, logistics, freight and co-packing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree or professional qualifications such as MCIPS/CIPS highly regarded).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in ERP and procurement systems (SAP and Ariba) and data analytics tools.
- Core Competencies: Proven expertise in end-to-end RFx processes, complex commercial negotiations, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on project execution.
