We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within a designated territory based out of Western Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (or nearly graduated student) looking to kick start their career. Note this is a 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a range of diverse customers through your ability to build and maintain strong relationships and to influence key partners.
- Managing your own territory autonomously day to day, supported by an experienced management team.
- Using category insights to increase share of space in-store and optimise ranging of our products on the supermarket shelf.
- Selling permanent and temporary displays into all customers.
- Ensuring efficient coverage of your entire store network.
All of the tools required to succeed will be provided, for example an iPad and fully maintained company car. You will be part of a comprehensive induction and training program.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A valid Australian driver’s licence and full Australian work rights are required.
- A Bachelor's degree (or finishing in the next 6 months) with ambition and a “can-do” attitude.
- A passion for results and a self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done.
- A genuine interest in how businesses work and the power to influence and negotiate with key partners.
- Confidence in your ability to inspire others and lead from the front.
