Serco is seeking a Head of HSE – Defence & Maritime to provide strategic leadership across Health, Safety and Environment operations within a complex portfolio. You will work with operational leaders, customers and specialist teams to ensure people return home safely while driving a strong safety culture across the business.
You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs, provide strategic guidance, and drive governance, risk management and compliance across Defence.
