  • Coordinating the 'on programme' element of the Apprenticeship and supporting collation of portfolio of evidence that showcases the Apprentice's knowledge, skills and abilities to their best standard.
  • Ensuring any mandatory training or internal training is mapped across into the Apprenticeship to maximise and capture naturally occurring knowledge, skills and behaviours.
  • Coordinating the delivery of group-based teaching sessions as and when required.
  • Managing the learner journey and ensuring that mandatory timelines are met such as candidate registration, completion of mandatory qualifications, gateway and EPA requirements.
  • Meeting regularly with the line managers to review progress and set targets in line with the programme delivery.
