COLAS Australia invites a highly motivated Supervisor to join our Spray Seal team in Rockhampton, QLD. You will lead daily sealing operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered on time, safely and to quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in asphalt or spray sealing, strong leadership and time management skills, and the ability to travel and live away from home when required.
