COLAS Australia is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead our Spray Seal team in Rockhampton, QLD.
You will oversee daily sealing operations, manage crews, contractors and equipment, and ensure work is delivered to program, budget and safety requirements.
You will coach and develop on-site personnel, implement SWMS and ITPs, and drive productivity while minimising waste. A white card and valid driver’s license are essential.
