Coastal Sand Soil and Mulch is looking for a motivated and experienced leading hand/supervisor for a rapidly expanding and fast-paced business. Coastal Sand Soil and Mulch is a well-established business providing bulk products, logistics, and heavy transport to the Fraser Coast for over 10 years. The successful applicant will enjoy a great work environment with late model trucks and machinery, a collaborative team, and the ability to work towards further responsibilities, whilst receiving a generous salary and a late model work vehicle, with a very flexible salary for the right fit.
The key attributes required are:
- Ability to direct and manage workflow of teams
- Ability to resolve conflict in an appropriate manner
- Excellent literacy skills
- Experience in either screening and crushing, soil production, civil construction or transport and logistics
- Trustworthy with the ability to work with company goals and targets
- Mechanical/mild parts knowledge
- A clean driving record
- Ability to understand directions and carry out projects as required
- Ability to work within OHS guidelines
- NHVR rules, regulations and guideline knowledge
- Machinery tickets
- Heavy vehicle driver's license
- Bulk production and extraction experience
