Dealership & Service Concierge to be the welcoming face of our dealership and service departments.
This role is perfect for someone from a automotive, hotel, hospitality, tourism or customer service background who enjoys building rapport, juggling multiple priorities and delivering a seamless experience from start to finish.
If you know how to make people feel welcome, listened to and looked after — we can teach you the automotive side.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers in person, by phone and email with a warm, professional approach
- Assist with scheduling service bookings and appointments
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs
- Act as the key link between customers and Sales and Service teams
- Clearly communicate recommendations, timelines and costs
- Keep customers updated throughout the sales and service process
- Handle enquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with day to day administration across the dealership, working with the Office Manager.
About You

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, organised approach in busy environments
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and customer management.
