Coastal Auto Group is seeking a Dealership & Service Concierge to be the welcoming face of our dealership and service departments in NSW. This role suits someone with a background in automotive, hotel, hospitality, tourism or customer service who can build rapport and deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.
Training and ongoing support are provided, and you’ll greet customers, help schedule service bookings, document vehicle needs and liaise between Sales and Service teams.
