About the Roles
Coast2Bay is currently growing with a number of new housing developments due to open in the coming months. We are recruiting for a Housing Services Officer to support services delivery from our Maroochydore office, and at times other service delivery hubs across our catchment.
Housing Services Officer Roles
- The first point of contact for tenants and the community, triaging enquiries and working on early resolution.
- Assist in the delivery of the strategic asset management plan and non-property assets delivery e.g. fleet.
- Deliver administrative and financial processes.
- Records management and data entry.
- Assist in procurement processes.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients, sustainable tenancies and connections to the broader community.
Skills & Experience Required
- Essential administrative skills, a proficiency in data entry and telephone handling to ensure effective client service delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
