Coast & Country Primary Care in Dubbo seeks a Mental Health Intake Officer to join a multidisciplinary team delivering Psychological Therapies for Underserviced Populations. You’ll provide a consumer-centred first point of contact, coordinate referrals, perform initial intake and triage, and support waitlist management to ensure timely service access.
You’ll liaise with GPs, hospitals and community services, maintain records, and contribute to a smooth intake pathway while upholding privacy.
