You’ll be a key leader within the store, partnering closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, develop a high-performing team and bring the playful, optimistic spirit of Kate Spade New York to life for every customer.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with the Store Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of the store
- Coach, motivate and develop the team to achieve individual and store targets
- Drive a strong culture of clienteling, styling and elevated customer service
- Take ownership of the sales floor and confidently step into store leadership when required
- Use commercial insights and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the store consistently represents the Kate Spade brand
- Build a positive, inclusive and high-energy team environment
- Support operational excellence across stock, rostering, loss prevention and store standards
What we’re looking for
You’re a confident retail leader who knows how to balance people leadership with commercial performance.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or experienced retail leader
- A strong background in fashion, premium retail, accessories, lifestyle or a customer-led retail environment
- A genuine passion for coaching and developing people
- Confidence working with sales targets, KPIs and store performance
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on leadership style and the ability to lead from the floor
- Energy, resilience and a positive approach in a fast-paced retail environment
