About the Role
- Join one of South Australia's larger truck and bus parts departments as an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter.
- Provide parts interpretation, sell goods and deliver practical solutions for the workshop and customers.
- Be the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a practical, customer-focused team player who knows parts, communicates well and takes pride in getting the details right.
- Parts interpreting experience; relevant industry experience highly regarded.
- Sound understanding of parts operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and sharp attention to detail.
- Confident computer skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Friendly, positive and relationship focused.
- Forklift licence preferred, not essential.
