This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days a week being based in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of clinical education research, including a multi-site study exploring surgeons’ learning curves with Versius.
  • Partner with hospitals and commercial colleagues to ensure complete, high-quality data collection, keeping studies on track and on time.
  • Analyse and interpret study data, turning findings into clear insights and reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Help shape study design and protocols so that research can be scaled across international markets.
  • Create engaging training content and resources, from e Learning modules to videos and learning tools, for proctors, trainee surgeons and clinical teams.
  • Own our proctor communications, including a regular newsletter, coordinating contributors and writing, editing and proofreading content.
  • Apply instructional design principles to turn complex clinical and technical information into clear, effective learning experiences.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure all content is clinically and technically accurate before release.
  • Global collaboration & educational societies
  • Support regional Professional Education teams with educational society courses and events, sharing resources and best practice across regions.
  • Build a library of ready-to-use agendas, documents and materials so teams worldwide can deliver consistent, high-quality education.
  • External research collaboration
  • Manage external research requests from clinicians and institutions, coordinating internal review and ensuring timely, well-governed responses.
  • Plan and prioritise multiple workstreams, maintain clear timelines and provide regular progress updates to the Head of Professional Education.
  • Build strong working relationships with surgeons, hospital teams and colleagues across Commercial, Medical Affairs and beyond.

This is a varied role, and we’d love someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting involved wherever they can help the team succeed.
