Refurbished through Covid, the Club Incorporates the popular Quarry Restaurant, Quarry Café, CMC Sports, and Social Bar, 170 EGMs and soon to be state of the art International Bowls Facility.
The Club is currently looking for a full time Supervisor to take our customer service to the next level.

Some of your responsibilities include
- Leading from the front, ensuring your team understand what it takes to provide exceptional hospitality each shift
- Monitor and enforce RSA, RCG and Club Compliance obligations
- Be responsible for the overall day to day operations throughout the Club
- Coordinate, motivate and mentor our staff members
- Report incidents and complete end of shift reports
- Be responsible for providing first aid to team members and customers
- Liaise with our Security team on a shift-to-shift basis
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Conduct staff briefings on a shift-to-shift basis
- Ensure we are maintaining a high level of employee and customer engagement
What we need from you
- Fantastic leadership skills
- A knowledge of Poker Machines, TAB and KENO and all required compliance
- An ability to build rapport with team members and customers
- Hold yourself accountable
- Be able to work a variety of shifts
- Second to none problem solving skills
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal skills and communication including daily shift report writing
- High degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- Compliance and reporting experience
- A current RSA and RCG competency card
- Senior First Aid certification
