As an Assistant Manager, you'll take charge of the day-to-day operations of our bustling venue, overseeing bar, restaurant, accommodation and entertainment offerings.

What You'll Do
- Support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and accommodation.

- Be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to checkout.
- Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
- Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For
- A proven leader with previous experience in hospitality management.
- Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers License & CLO.
- A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle problems on the spot.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A solid understanding of hospitality regulations, financial management, and best practices.
