Key Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Coordinate sample requests and customer follow-ups.
- Assist with day-to-day customer needs.
- Liaise with the warehouse and office team to ensure smooth operations.
About You
- Friendly and confident communicator.
- Well-organised with good attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and able to take initiative.
- Comfortable using computers and email.
- Previous customer service or wholesale experience is an advantage
