Key responsibilities
- Deliver in-home nursing visits to older clients
- Wound care, including complex and chronic wounds
- Catheter care and continence management
- Accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Liaise with care managers and GPs; recognise and escalate deterioration
About you
- Current Ahpra RN registration with no conditions
- 2+ years post-registration
- Full driver's licence and own reliable, insured car
- National Police Certificate within 3 years or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current CPR
- Community, home care or aged care experience (preferred)
