Down The Rabbit Hole is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Founder/CEO, Domenic Palumbo. The role focuses on confidentiality, proactive organisation, and seamless day-to-day operations to keep the business running smoothly.
You'll manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare briefs, and liaise with partners and team members. Weekend availability and RSA/work rights in Australia may be required; you'll be comfortable handling sensitive information and prioritising a dynamic workload.
