Climacool Air Conditioning & Electrical – Morningside QLD
We are seeking a Permanent Full/Part Time Office Administrator to join our team at Climacool Air Conditioning & Electrical in Morningside, QLD. This role will involve providing administrative support to our busy office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing incoming calls and emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining and updating customer databases and records
- Scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar
- Providing general administrative support to the broader team as needed
- Flexible working hours with approximately 30-38 hrs per week (5 day work week)
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A friendly, proactive and solutions-oriented approach
