Job Description
A great opportunity exists for a Counsel to join our Sydney Corporate Real Estate practice on a 14‐month fixed‐term contract. The role involves providing legal advice and support on a range of real‐estate transactions and matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, platform transactions and general property advice
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts
- Liaise with clients, counterparties and external counsel as required
- Supervise and manage a team of graduate, associate and senior associate level real estate specialists
Qualifications
- Australia qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate in Australia
- Significant post‐qualification experience in corporate real‐estate law
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work to deadlines
- Experience in managing a team (law firm or in‐house team preferred)
