We are seeking a Desktop Support & Asset Management Officer to support ICT equipment logistics, warehouse operations and end-user technical support. The role involves managing ICT assets throughout their lifecycle, coordinating equipment deployments and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, label, track, store and deploy ICT equipment.
- Maintain asset registers, inventory records and conduct stocktakes.
- Coordinate equipment movements, warehouse operations and site setups.
- Manage logistics requests and asset tracking through systems such as ServiceNow.
- Provide basic desktop support and troubleshoot ICT equipment issues.
- Support equipment relocations, deployments and operational activities.
About You
- Experience in desktop support, ICT asset management, warehousing or logistics.
- Strong organisational, record-keeping and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team.
- Basic ICT troubleshooting and inventory management experience.
- Desirable: Experience with ServiceNow, asset management systems, forklift operation or relevant safety certifications.
Mandatory Requirement: Applicants must hold an active Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance.
