Entry-Level Brand Representative | $68K Base | Earn Up to $110K+
Looking for a full-time role with great guaranteed pay, weekday hours and the opportunity to earn more for strong performance?
We’re growing our Brisbane team and looking for confident, motivated people to join us as Entry-Level Brand Representatives.
You’ll receive a guaranteed $35 per hour base rate, equivalent to approximately $68,250 per year, plus weekly performance bonuses on top.
Our strong performers earn around $90K–$110K+ per year including bonuses.
No previous experience is required. If you’re confident, reliable and willing to learn, we’ll provide full paid training, ongoing coaching and plenty of support to help you succeed.

The Role
You’ll work alongside a small, supportive team across a range of established Brisbane locations.
As a Brand Representative, your role will involve:
- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Representing a recognised Australian organisation professionally
- Working towards individual and team goals
- Developing strong communication and people skills
- Working closely with your team throughout the day
- Building confidence through ongoing coaching and support
Every day is a little different, and you’ll receive full training before getting started.

You’ll be working on behalf of Surf Life Saving, one of Australia’s most recognised community organisations.
We’ll provide all the training you need to understand the organisation, its current campaigns and how to represent the brand professionally.
