About the Role
Combining patient care, effective communication and treatment coordination, you will work closely with our clinicians to guide patients through their orthodontic journey, helping them understand their recommended treatment options and feel confident in their decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming and guiding new patients through the consultation and treatment planning process
- Supporting our clinicians in explaining recommended treatment plans, options and associated costs
- Helping patients understand their options to make informed decisions about their treatment
- Building strong patient relationships through ongoing communication, follow-ups and customer care
- Coordinating treatment acceptance and follow-up processes to support practice targets
- Taking patient records, including clinical photos and scans
- Preparing treatment plans and maintaining accurate clinical records
- Managing patient enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the decision-making process
- Working collaboratively with the clinicians and wider team to deliver positive patient experiences
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on communication and building relationships
- Excellent verbal communication, telephone manner and presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with patients
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Demonstrated experience with working in teams to deliver business outcomes
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and comfortable being measured by KPIs
- Experience liaising and building professional relationships with general dental practitioners, specialist clinics and other healthcare providers(desirable)
- Orthodontic &/or Dental experience (highly advantageous)
