Cleanaway is seeking an HR Compliance Analyst to strengthen compliance across our complex employment and industrial relations environment. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to identify risks, improve processes and ensure our people are paid correctly and our obligations are met.
You will interpret modern awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work updates, support remediation activities and help build controls and guidance that empower leaders to meet their obligations.
