The predicted salary is between 52.59 - 52.59 $ per hour.
$52.59/hr + $5K Attraction Bonus + $20K Retention Bonus + Overtime opportunities.
Must be able to work a rotating day and night shift and be on call on weekends.

The Opportunity
- 70% on the tools / 30% leadership position.
- Leading a team of up to 10 mechanics across day and night shifts.
- Carry out servicing, diagnostics, breakdowns and hydraulic repairs.
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and apprentices.
- Support day-to-day workshop operations and handovers between shifts.
- Drive safety, performance and continuous improvement.
About You
- Trade qualified (Cert III in Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant Technology).
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive change.
- Solid diagnostic and heavy vehicle repair experience.
- HR/HC/MC and/or Forklift licence.
- Background in transport, waste, mining or civil (desirable).
- Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen.
