Claudia Rose & Co. is looking for a passionate, motivated and qualified Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. We are a boutique hair and beauty salon focused on creating a welcoming, luxurious environment where clients can relax, unwind and enjoy exceptional treatments. This is a casual position to begin with, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our salon continues to expand.
We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, genuinely loves the beauty industry and takes pride in delivering outstanding client experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform customised facials and professional skin treatments, including skin consultations, analysis, deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration treatments and facial massage.
- Provide professional skincare recommendations and O COSMEDICS treatments.
- Perform brow waxing, shaping, tinting, brow mapping, sculpting, lash tinting, lash lifts and brow lamination.
- Perform facial waxing, arm and underarm waxing, leg waxing, bikini and Brazilian waxing.
- Provide relaxation massage, back, neck and shoulder massage, full-body massage, scalp and head massage.
- Perform body exfoliation and clay body treatments.
- Provide bridal makeup, formal and special occasion makeup, natural, soft glam and full glam makeup applications.
- Conduct makeup consultations and colour matching.
- Provide professional spray tanning services.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and treatment room presentation, provide personalised client consultations and aftercare advice.
About you:
- Hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
- Be experienced and confident in professional makeup application.
- Be passionate about skin, beauty and wellness treatments.
- Have experience performing a broad range of beauty services.
- Be reliable, motivated and confident working independently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and genuinely care about their clients.
