We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our Clarks Rockhampton team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves retail and is ready to be part of a supportive, results-driven store team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Casual Retail Assistant, you’ll be responsible for
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Helping customers find the right footwear, fit and style
- Driving sales and contributing to store targets
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation
- Processing transactions and assisting with stock
- Supporting the team during busy trade periods
ABOUT YOU
- Friendly, confident and approachable

- Reliable and a strong team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Available across weekdays and weekends
