Casual Retail Assistant – Clarks Cairns (QLD)
We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks Cairns.

What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences
- Fitting customers with the right footwear and offering product recommendations
- Driving sales through confident product knowledge and add-on selling
- Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
What we're looking for
- A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence in approaching customers and building rapport
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and late trade (Availability for Monday and Friday are most important.)
- Hours ranging from 6-12 weekly / base on performance
- More hours for the holiday period.
