We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time 2IC Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks Rockhampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for retail, and is ready to support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping lead the team.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect footwear through professional fitting and product recommendations.
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge and confident add-on selling.
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Assist in coaching and motivating the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, presentation, and store cleanliness.
- Help oversee store operations during the Store Manager's absence.

- Previous retail experience, ideally in a leadership or key holder role.
